The 30 Day Vacation Challenge!

Updated: Jul 12, 2023

Let's create a healthy active "vacation" month! Time to get outside and get moving! We're challenging you to go outdoors, enjoy the sunshine and take a mini vacay every day!

There are SO SO MANY benefits to spending time outside!

Let's talk about why it's such an important part of your health and wellbeing!

In these days he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God. Luke 6:12 (After this, he called his disciples)

And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. Matthew 14:23 (After this, he walked on the water to reach his disciples in the boat)

Even Jesus went outside and away to spend time in prayer.

What a wonderful example for us to follow!

Day 1: I didn’t spend much time outside today because I wasn’t feeling well/insomnia. I did go to the grocery store with my husband/his mom.

We haven't been to Daytona! Is that your favorite East Coast Florida beach? We usually head to New Smyrna ⛱️☀️😎
