Raw Cacao Pudding
This rich, chocolatey smoothie is the perfect way to start off your day! It has only 5 ingredients and will leave you feeling satisfied. The raw cacao powder gives this drink an extra boost of energy that lasts longer than any other kind.
Serves 2
2 bananas
1 avocado
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional add:
1 tbsp Coconut butter
Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Add the pudding to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy as is, or top with berries.
Cacao not only adds great flavor, but is a good source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
The pudding is so rich and satisfying that you will want to eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The perfect balance between sweetener (banana) & saltiness from the avocado makes this delicious treat guilt-free!
