Health Update! Episode 3 Talking Perimenopause:



2 Things we also want to mention:

-One of the biggest things you can do to support your body during perimenopause is to AVOID alcohol. It is one of the biggest hormone disruptors out there.

-Don't drink caffeine after noon, or limit your intake altogether, as it disrupts sleep, which you NEED for proper hormone balance.

I am using castor oil mixed in with my body butter and on my face, doing massage to define my face. Bre, I just started Wild Yam Cream, so excited to see how that goes. My fitness goals, at 55, is to get 10,000 steps in and lift heavy. I am also going to start doing at least a 24 hr fast, once a week.
