For fun you can put them in molds – like heart shaped, etc.
These bites are soooo good and satisfying! They will help you feel full and not cave to cravings.
6 ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut butter
1 tbsp. Raw Honey or maple syrup (see info below)
1 Pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
¼ cup + 1 Tbs. grass-fed collagen, also known as collagen hydrolysate (not gelatin) – I recommend Vital Proteins unflavored. It is one of the cleanest.
Here's a little more about maple syrup: There are different grades and they changed them recently.
Do not use the Commercial Grade (it's not real maple syrup)! Grade B used to be the healthiest. I would stick with its equivalent now – Grade A Dark Color, Robust Taste The better grade is pricier but your health and the taste is worth it!
